By using our Platform, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to abide by them. If you are using our Platform on behalf of another entity, you represent that you are authorized to and do agree to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of that entity.

The LC Lite Platform is operated by Lite International Pte. Ltd. (Company Registration No. 201930312H), trading as “LC Lite” (“we”, “us”, or “our”, as appropriate). We are a private limited company registered in Singapore and have our registered office at 112 Robinson Road #03-02 Singapore 068902.

ACCESS TO THE LC LITE PLATFORM

Access to our Platform shall be subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, any applicable laws and regulatory requirements, as well as your agreement to any further terms and conditions which may be imposed by us from time to time. In the event we allow you access to our Platform, this is intended to constitute a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive and revocable licence granted to you to access and use our Platform, including any software or application as part of the services we offer.

We may restrict access to all or parts of our Platform to registered users only. Notwithstanding any access previously granted, we reserve the right to limit and/or restrict (including suspending and terminating) your use of our Platform if we suspect that you are in breach of these Terms of Use or any applicable terms and conditions between us and you and/or you are misusing the LC Lite Platform in some manner which we deem objectionable.

We shall not be liable if for any reason our Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period, and you agree that your access to our Platform may be interrupted in the event of maintenance, repairs, upgrades, network or equipment failure.

You are responsible for making all arrangements, technical or otherwise, to allow you to have access to our Platform.

Ownership of all copyrights, database rights, patents, trade or service marks, product names or design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trade secrets and confidential information and any similar rights existing in any territory now or in future (“Intellectual Property Rights”) and similar rights and interests in all domain names, trade marks, logos, branding appearing on the LC Lite Platform and all content, or otherwise relating to the structure of the LC Lite Platform and the services offered by us via our Platform, vests in us or our licensors.

You may from time to time be required to submit information to us via our Platform. By submitting, posting or displaying any information to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, process, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such information in any and all media or through any distribution channels (now known or later developed), subject to the applicable provisions in our Privacy Policy. You therefore warrant that you have the necessary rights, power, and authority to submit such information to us. You agree that any information thus submitted by you shall for the purposes of these Terms of Use constitute part of our Platform and may be used in the manner set out herein.

You may print, copy or download extracts from our Platform for your personal reference only. However, you must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off, copied or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

You must not use any part of the materials on our Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. If you print off, copy or download any part of our Platform in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use our Platform will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made whether modified or unmodified.

We do not warrant or represent that you or any other party’s use of the content or the services available via the LC Lite Platform will not infringe rights of third parties.

NO RELIANCE ON INFORMATION POSTED

Without prejudice to any other limitation of liability on our part provided herein, and to the maximum extent allowed by law, we, and all of our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, agents, partners and employees shall not be liable to any person, including, but not limited to, any users of the LC Lite Platform, for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, losses, expenses, liabilities (including for legal fees and costs) under any causes of action or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of use or data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of profits (whether, but not limited to, revenue or anticipated profits) or losses to third parties, arising out of or in any way connected with any use of, inability to use or reliance on any information provided on, our Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise,
even if us or our agents or employees had been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

PROHIBITED USES

You may use our Platform only for lawful purposes. You will not:
a) use our Platform in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulations;
b) use our Platform in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
c) use our Platform for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm any individual in any way;
d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Platform or the servers or networks used to make the LC Lite Platform available or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks;
e) transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
f) transmit or otherwise make available in connection with this website any virus, worm or other computer code that is harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software, or equipment;
g) use any information found on our Platform to canvass or solicit any person or entice any person away from the employment of, investment with, seeking funding from or any other commercial relationship with us; or
h) insert a hyperlink to our Platform or any part thereof or “mirror” any content on any other server, website or web page.

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

You must not knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious, technologically harmful or designed to disrupt the current operation of our Platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Platform, the server on which our Platform is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Platform. You must not attack our Platform via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

We may report any breach under these Terms of Use to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity or other identifying information to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Platform will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Platform or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use constitutes a material breach of the terms upon which you are permitted to use our Platform, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
· immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Platform;
· immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Platform;

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms of Use. The responses described in these Terms of Use are not limited,
and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
